I have been eating oatmeal or toast and fruit instead.
Our CSA starts up soon, looking forward to some fresh magnesium rich greens!
Cooking around here has been minimal lots of naan pizzas, sun butter sandwiches, and fajitas. I did make one batch of corn chowder- substituting leeks for onions, and milk no cream. I also used my own stock:)
